Modern Studios provides food and beverage image enhancement services that allow businesses to upload photos and receive professionally enhanced marketing-ready images.

We retain uploaded images for 60 days after order completion, then automatically delete them. Enhanced images are delivered to you and deleted from our servers after 30 days unless you purchase extended storage.

We reserve the right to request better source images, decline orders where source quality prevents acceptable enhancement, or provide a preliminary assessment before starting work on problematic images.
You agree that you own uploaded images or have permission to use them commercially, images meet minimum quality requirements, and you provide clear instructions and brand guidelines if applicable.
You acknowledge that Modern Studios enhances visual appeal but cannot verify actual menu items, you are responsible for truth-in-advertising compliance, and enhanced images should reasonably represent what customers will receive.
Users may not upload images containing:
You retain all rights to uploaded photos. Upon full payment, you receive perpetual commercial usage rights for enhanced images, including use in all marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
Modern Studios retains ownership of our enhancement workflow, processes, technology configurations, creative techniques, and platform systems. You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or use our service to develop competing enhancement services or train competing AI systems.
All prices in USD. All packages include one round of minor revisions.
Turnaround times vary by service tier. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, revision requests, technical issues, or clarification needs. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
One-time packages must be used within 90 days of purchase. Extensions available by request. No refunds for unused images after 90 days.
Due to the custom nature of these projects, refunds are not available once creative work has begun and been approved at any stage. Contact [email protected] to discuss your custom project.
All packages include one round of minor revisions. Revisions must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

Out-of-scope requests (which may require additional fees) include: changing to entirely different images mid-project, adding elements not present in source images, extensive re-composition, or requests that effectively restart the enhancement process.
Weekly Photos subscription credits expire at end of each week and do not roll over. Additional images are $15 each.
One-time package holders may purchase additional images at their package's per-image rate, valid within 90 days of original purchase.
All enhanced images are delivered as high-resolution PNG files via email download link (valid 14 days) or your account dashboard. Download links expire after 14 days — contact [email protected] to request re-delivery.
Payment is required before service delivery. All prices are in USD. Failed payments may result in service suspension or account termination after 14 days of non-payment.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. Modern Studios is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, indirect or consequential damages, or platform downtime.
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes, as photography enhancement involves creative judgment and depends on source material quality.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Studios against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your uploaded content, your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your use of enhanced images in marketing or advertising.
You are responsible for ensuring enhanced images accurately represent your actual menu items and comply with advertising standards and truth-in-advertising laws. Modern Studios is not liable for how customers use enhanced images in their marketing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due and unused credits are forfeited.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Rhode Island rather than in court, except for small claims court matters. Each party waives the right to a jury trial. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Modern Studios regarding use of our services.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
